Amb. High Chief (Capt) Paul Mandela Ogoun PhD, JP, the president/founder of Paul Ogoun’s Foundation, has been honoured and bestowed with the chieftaincy title, Toru-Ala of Kabowei Kingdom worldwide by the illustrious HRM (Barr.) Peremobowei Shedrack Erebulu, Aduo lll, Pere of Kabowei Kingdom of Bayelsa and Delta States at a grand ceremony held on 15th August 2025 at the kingdom headquarters in Patani, Delta State, Nigeria. The chieftaincy title conferment ceremony was a grand affair, attended by dignitaries, traditional leaders, and well-wishers across the Niger Delta region, Nigeria. HRM, (Barr.) P.S Erebulu Aduo lll conferred the title on Amb. High Chief (Capt.) Paul Mandela Ogoun PhD, JP. While conferring the title said, “This prestigious recognition is a testament to your outstanding contributions and dedication to the breadth and length of the Kingdom and your humanitarian services across the Niger Delta region and beyond through your foundation, Paul Ogoun’s Foundation, hence, it symbolizes the kingdom’s appreciation.” Amb.
