According to the Founder, the program is a step towards reaching out to communities in rural areas with free Skills; such as Cosmetology, Catering and Baking, Agro, Paint Production, etc. This program will be extended to other paths of Bayelsa State (across the 8 LGAs) to empower individuals to be self-reliant to foster economic growth at the Community level and promote community development.
He Congratulates and wishes the graduating participants success in their chosen profession and further emphasizes that they should use the skills acquired painstakingly.
The beneficiaries in response express their heartfelt gratitude to the Founder of the Paul Ogoun’s Foundation Amb. High Chief (Capt) Paul Mandela Ogoun PhD (JP) for giving them this life-changing opportunity to learn a skill free of charge at their doorstep. It could only be done by someone with a heart of gold.
